Pre-K News

2013
We made through the first couple of weeks of school!
What a wonderful group of children we have!
Some children had a few tears but they are all adjusting well.
We have been concentrating on rules and procedures.
It is a lot for the students to take in.
We’ll continue working on rules, procedures and transitions from one
activity to another. Please talk with
your child about using an inside voice in the classroom and being a good
listener. This will help reinforce what we
are practicing in the classroom. Thanks
so much!
Reminders:
Ø Parent meeting is this
Thursday at 2:00.
Ø Blankets will be sent home
on Fridays to be washed and sent back to school on Monday.
Ø Please remember to sign in,
in the morning and out in the afternoon. First and last names.
Ø Always make sure we have an
updated phone number to contact you if we should need to.
I am going to list a few items for our wish

anyway, it will greatly be appreciated.
These are things we need throughout the year for our classroom:

have a variety of items and interchange them out for our students. This is only a partial list. Please think of our class when cleaning out
your child’s toy box.
